ION at IFA 2009
The Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin (International radio exhibition), or IFA, is the world’s leading consumer electronics trade show.
Held in Berlin, Germany, September 4 – 9, 2009, IFA hosted the worldwide premier showing of Drum Rocker Core, the officially licensed, value version of the premium Drum Rocker drum set for the Rock Band 2 series video game. The new kit also works with the new Beatles Rock Band
ION showcased its range of consumer electronics and musical instruments the IFA’s global audience. Developed in conjunction with professional music-recording leader, Alesis, ION’s Drum Rocker Core is the Premium Drum Set for Rock Band 2. Drum Rocker enables players to enjoy the ultimate drumming experience with the game, and with the addition of a drum-sound module, play standalone solo drums or with a band.
DISCOVER DJ, another recent development, enables nearly anyone to be a DJ in seconds, using standard music files from their computer.
Perhaps best known for audio products, ION also premiered the new stunning, piano black PROFILE turntable series. The PROFILE LP, iPROFILE and PROFILE Flash are perfect for archiving vinyl records onto digital formats such as computer, MP3, CD, and iPod.
