Important Safety Recall Notice
We have identified a potential safety concern with our Cornerstone, Cornerstone Glow, Keystone and certain Sport Express speakers. In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, ION Audio is issuing a voluntary recall and exchange program.
It has come to our attention, that these units have a fault that may cause the product to unexpectedly burst resulting in flying debris that could cause property damage and/or bodily injury.
Out of an abundance of caution, and because your safety is of our highest priority, we urge you to discontinue use immediately and contact ION to determine whether your product is affected, and if so, to exchange.
How to return your product to ION
To make arrangements to exchange your unit for an updated replacement, please contact ION Audio Recall Customer Support at 1-833-682-0371 or online at support.ionaudio.com.
You'll need to have your products serial number handy. This can be located underneath the product on a sticker with a bar code and will begin with (21).
- You'll receive a pre-paid return shipping label to track your request.
- Upon receiving your product, a replacement will be arranged for you.
